Peter Lin at Big Leaf is known for Phals, but he carries lots of high-end Paphs. Everything I've purchased from him has been exceptionally healthy, accurately sized as NBS/BS, and top notch in terms of breeding quality. His prices for some things seem a little high, but unlike some of the other vendors of high quality and cutting edge stuff that tend to be over optimistic on sizes (for instance listing seedlings that are several years from blooming as blooming size), Peter's stuff is as advertised, so in reality he actually has some of the best prices for the size & quality. Be sure to check out his Ebay store (PeterLin98) as there's usually lots of stuff available that's not listed in his online store. He's also a member here and contributes lots of Paph and Phal photos.

If you're looking for young Paph seedlings at low prices, Louisiana Orchid Connection is a good option. I've picked up a few plants from him and I've been happy with them. You should also check out his Ebay listings (laorchidjohn) since there's lots of stuff listed there that he doesn't put on his website.

Fred Clarke at Sunset Valley Orchids usually has some interesting species and hybrid seedlings. That's not what he's known for, so people might not think of him. The ones I've ordered from him have been in excellent health.
