How long since you repotted it? Remember, orchids do everything very slowly. So if it is less than 6 months or so, just leave it and give it a chance to grow new roots and establish itself. Orchids teach patience...

Welcome to the Orchid Board.

It looks to me like the plant isn't getting enough water. This can be caused by:
- not getting watered often enough;
- being someplace warm, dry, too sunny and /or windy;
- dead roots so there's nothing to absorb water.

You said you recently repotted it in bark.

What are your temperatures? How much light is it getting? How do you water it, and how often?

I think the roots are taking up some water or it would be dead. The higher the humidity the faster it will make more roots. I would suggest when you water it you soak the whole pot in water for a few hours, then put it back in its grow space. Let it dry out. Often fresh bark retains almost no water and the roots dry out really fast.
