First ever orchid show haul - Orchid Quest in Madison

I had a little too much fun at the orchid show, and I kinda want to go back tomorrow. There were a few other things I wanted, but had to book it out of there to get the kids to swim lessons.





(I've never had a mounted orchid, but I've wanted a leptotes bicolor for a long time.)

And my son's first orchid... (He's 8 and he's been begging for a miniature phal.)


<3 The kids were upset that they didn't come with me, so we may be going back tomorrow if only to show them the exhibit orchids. It was so crowded in there that I didn't linger (and I had spent too much time shopping).
