1. Do you mean an attractive light color? Most plant lights concentrate on blue and red colors, since chlorophyll has absorption maxima there. So, most plant lights look kinda violet.
2. Or do you mean an attractive lamp? Then the next question is, do you plan light bulbs or light tubes? IMHO for both of them should "nice looking" lamps be available.
whats inside are on a small table next to a tall floor stand lamp with two moveable hoods each with a 23w cfl that can be positioned to be right on top of the plants.
I also bought two clamp lamp that clamps on the stand so all up 4 and it does the job for me
there are many "attractive mini greenhouse" with lights, but I don't think it would look quite right in my corner of the room.
What I meant was, an attractive looking lamp sort of thing. some of the best places in my home for orchids are in the living room, kitchen etc. I had in mind a floor lamp with appropriate bulbs or tubes, whatever they might be. Carol
How about Full Spectrum Floor Lamps I use many of the individual bulbs around the house, but have not used these lamp fixtures. They have other styles as well, just peruse the sidebar at left of page. Hope this helps.
