? Oncidium?
I bought a orchid, tag how's oncidium/intergeneric... I'm unable to find any identifier via the internet. Can anyone help me out? It was also planted in what appears to be peat moss. What would be the appropriate media?

I think it's not an oncidium but a Zigopetalum instead.

That's a zygostates. Maybe 'Advance 'Australia.' Some one will correct me if I'm wrong. It's temp should be cool to intermediate, I never let mine dry out and it is planted in a moss mix. Don't repot in bloom as you have many more blooms coming..better be safe is my thought. If you have good air circulation, it will help keep the leaves spot free. That appears to be a very nice plant. Congratulations.
Rbarata may be correct. The foliage looks right for zygopetalum but, the pbulbs are a little too round.

From what I've read, zygostates' flowers are like onc twinkle, small and in large number forming small clumps.

Rbarata...I am so sorry. You are absolutely right. We are talking about the same plant Zygopetalum. I had a brain blip.

No need to say sorry.
When you mentioned Zigostates, as I had never heard about it, I got curious and searched for info right away and this seemed to be a major difference from the photo Dip-sht1029 posted.
I've learned something more today.

Well, it's high on my wish list so, it must have been on my mind. Again, to both of you apologies.
