Check this out... Keiki? What is it?

Ok, so I'm pretty sure this must be a keiki, but what a funny looking keiki, no? It seems to have a long stem with a leaf on the end of it... Check out the pics and if it isn't a keiki, please let me know what you think it is, I'm very curious. The plant is a Phal and I didn't use any growth hormone on it - it just popped out on the flower stem and it continues to grow in length straight out...
The pics are taken from the front and back side of this little plant growth.

Sorry to be dense here. Are you talking about the little purple colored object on the left? Is that color just from the lighting? If so, my guess is keiki.

Yes, the little purple leafed object and yes, it is purple!

Agreed, it looks like a keiki. That it's purple, as is the newest leaf of the plant, indicates that it's getting too much light.
