Vanda orchid root help

Can anyonè help? I have had this vanda orchid for about 5 years and in the last year I have been having real difficulty. She is listed upto 3 times a day but the roots seem to be dying. It has also not flowered for about 2 years. Is there anything I can do to rescue my friend. She is placed in a south facing window (I live north). There is also a blind covering the window so she never gets full sun.

Can you share more about your vanda. What media do you grow it in, are the leaves healthy, have any other conditions changed?

FWIW I grow my vandas in glass vases, water twice a week and spray the other days, in an unshaded south window.

In general, vandas like it very warm, bright, and humid, with frequent watering.
