New with Phalaenopsis

This weekend I bought this Phalaenopsis, but it is the first time I deal with Orquideas, despite the spots on the leaves and some dry roots I see it well. They think you need a change of pot. Any advice or recommendation that could give me for your recovery and care I would appreciate it. Thank you.

The media looks fair, though I wouldn't say good. I'd prefer to use larger chunks that what's in use there. However, I'd not repot it now because the media isn't particularly broken down. Inside the pot you have some good-looking roots. It looks like there are a couple of things going on with the plant. First, it's been sunburned, which is what's caused the leaf damage (though you needn't be concerned about that). Second, I think it's not gotten proper humidity, thus why the roots outside the media look dry. Keep the light relatively low and try to give the plant about 50% relative humidity (at a minimum) and it's going to do well.

The flower is lovely. I'd have some concern for the black spots on the leaves, I'm sure someone here can advise you, you might want to keep that one separate from any others until you know it is OK. Definitely repot with new medium, and start a regular watering schedule. Do you live in an area where they can be outdoors?

The black sports are no worries, as mentioned before looks like sunburn from prior to your care. I wouldn't repot it for now either.. I'd suggest keeping it out of that cache pot to allow air to reach the roots. Your roots in the pot look saturated with water, ensure they get air and dry out before you rewater as if you're not careful, they will eventually rot. The top is extremely dry, as mentioned most likely due to low RH.. I'd let the pot dry out in the middle and perhaps add a thin layer of spagmum moss at the top to keep the pot evenly moist.
