Phrags.and Paphs. need more light then a person would think mine are on a top shelf in a west window with a shop light over them the plain leaf no pattern Paphs. in the same light the mottled leaf type are behind them . You want them to grow new growths to bloom from next time. I would not move them to less light . Gin
