Congrats on all the spikes!

I don't think they started early, I usually started seeing spikes on my Phals in early october and nearly all that decide to bloom will have set spikes by the end of the year.
Wish I still had a large Phal collection, I had to trash many of them in the last 2 years due to a mystery Phal disease.
