Help brassia climbing out of pot

Any experienced Brassia growers. One of my Brassias new growths are climbing up, need to repot but that means burying older bulbs or leaving new ones dangling in the air. I really would appretiate advise or maybe photos on how to plant it.

I let the old ones be a bit buried... when I put the bark into the pot, I put somewhat less at the back of the pot where the old p-bulbs are, so not completely buried. But it is clear that this genus evolved to grow up trees... climbing is what it does.

Mount it break it up, there are different ways of dealing with it.

The plant isn't all that large, so I would not break it up or remove healthy p-bulbs. If any are starting to wither at the back, or don't have roots, they can go in the interest of girth but big strong plants grow and bloom better than small weak ones.Probably need to go one size larger on the pot (but no more than enough to accommodate 2 or 3 years' growth) Brassias tend to be substantial plants, making them difficult to maintain on a mount unless one is growing in a greenhouse where it is OK to water freely.

If the bark is still good, you could just tuck some sphagnum moss around the higher roots. I do this with some climbers between repots...it provides extra moisture until the repot is needed.
