The plant isn't all that large, so I would not break it up or remove healthy p-bulbs. If any are starting to wither at the back, or don't have roots, they can go in the interest of girth but big strong plants grow and bloom better than small weak ones.Probably need to go one size larger on the pot (but no more than enough to accommodate 2 or 3 years' growth) Brassias tend to be substantial plants, making them difficult to maintain on a mount unless one is growing in a greenhouse where it is OK to water freely.
