Dendrobium Nobile - yellowing leaves after repotting
Hi. This is my friend's dendrobium nobile plant that I helped to repot in orchid bark medium. Well, since it was reported, it looks like some leaves yellowed. I am a bit concerned since I helped to repot it. What could be the reason? Take a look at its roots in the picture, is it overwatered? Thanks.
When did you repot it?
The best time to do it is in spring, when it has its growing season.
By this time of the year it loses its leaves and watering frequency must be reduced to a min. Let get dry before watering again. In two months it will form its buds.
Don't worry. Everything seems normal.
Repotted it a few weeks ago because the medium was falling apart. Wasn't ever reported before so my friend wanted to repot and wanted my help since I am bolder than she is 😂 So I will tell her to reduce watering. It already has one bud actually on one of the canes. Thanks!
