I put them in sphagnum moss in a container. Hope they continue to root. The other two divisions from the same plant are not putting out roots yet for some reason. Should I put them in sphagnum too?

You could put all three divisions in sphagnum. Be sure they are securely staked or leaning so they do not move at all while rooting, or you might tear the new roots.

Miltoniopsis like things very cool, bright and humid. The more you can give them this the better chance your divisions will have.

I use Maxicrop, Kelpmax is not available here, and since using it have had good root growth.

UPDATE: Here is what the roots look like now. I am quite impressed, they are growing! Yay ! I wonder how long it will take until the roots are long enough for potting it ? what do you guys think?
P.S. I did KelpMax soak and now wrap the base in sphagnum and continue to keep the moss slightly moist. Also I keep it in a bag with humidity level of about 80%
