Yeah, I also found that where you have a problem pBulb it pays to shove it into wet moss, sitting in water. I had one where it really didn't want to shoot, and in the end I broke dormancy by three days in really warm darkness, wrapped in a wet cloth. It threw 3 shoots, but the trouble was, when I followed trad advice, ie leave it in dry medium untill the roots are blah inches long, the shoots died one by one. Before the last shoot died, I got it into wet moss out of sheer deperation, and it turned around immediately.

Thank you all for your feedback. I am completely new with clowesia/catasetums and I thought since they still had leaves they were not yet dormant. I'll leave it dry until I get the signal that it's growing roots.
