Default Zygo new growth or possibly flower spike?

Hello everyone here's my zygo on the left of the photo I think is a new root and something else. Not sure if this where a flower spike might come out or it's a new growth like on the right. Thank you!!

I think it will be a new growth. I've found that they produce new growths once the pseudobulb is mature. The young growths normally produce spikes before they have matured.

So good news with the new growth since that is the one that will flower.

I believe flower spikes comes from the inside of the smaller leaves at the base of the pbulbs.

Mine looked like rbarata's. I think what you have is a new growth.

Unfortunately that's not mine. It's just a photo from google as example.
Mine has only a set of leaves without a pbulb. I hope it will spike from there (I think they flower late fall/winter).

Thanks everyone! I will take whatever this plant wants to do. We have been through a lot together in a short amount of time. Didn't have great roots when I bought it and get so excited to see new ones coming out.
