Black spots on leaf

Looks like pseudomonas, a bacterial infection, usually caused by warm-humid conditions. Can be deadly to phals. if it gets to the crown. Keep an eye on it as this can move quickly. You can use physan or hydrogen peroxide to treat it, or if it is not spreading and is drying out, leave it alone, increase air movement, and don't water from above (dunk pot in bucket of water) keeping leaves dry. The leaves will always have the black spots on them until they drop or you can cut them off back to healthy tissue. From your photos I would not worry much about the black spots in the first photo, but I would keep a close eye on the lighter brown mushy spots in the second photo, as these look active.
