Is my Bulbophyllum with a keiki? Male
Default

Not a keiki, just normal new growth. It will extend the rhizome and form a pseudobulb and leaf. Since the plant has grown beyond the pot it should probably be moved to a larger one, with fresh bark mix. It is forming new roots so now is the ideal time. Bulbos like this tend to sprawl and climb out of the pot. A large shallow pot often works best.
