As long as you have roots, firm bulbs, and new growth, I'm sure the plant will be fine. The color will be dictated by YOUR conditions. Good luck.

It is common for this genus to be pale green to yellowish in leaves and pseudobulbs, but if the plant is truly happy it will be greener than yours. This is a cool growing plant that may not thrive if day temps are commonly above 75F or night temps are ever above 60F, especially if any other aspect of culture isn't perfect. A very challenging plant if you can't provide the right temperature.
