Noid paphiopedilum

I've had this for a few years now, hasn't rebloomed since the 1 it came with faded. Have learned more about them, and feel she is doing much better now, but I have a question regarding its roots, is this fuzz normal???. I like seeing the roots growing the way that they are, but with my limited orchid experience ive never seen "hairy" roots!

Hairy roots are absolutely normal for Paphs.

Thank you. Ever since I started watering her more often, she really seems to be doing much better. The original growth, from which the only bloom came from, died off very quickly about 6 months ago. I kind of freaked out, then learned it can happen with Paphs, not sure if it's a common trait though. I fertilize the same as the rest of my orchids at 25ppm N at each watering, also receives a bi monthly shot of Kelpmax and Inocucor. I've been gradually getting more light to her also, to the point where there is dappled sunlight first thing in the morning. I really hope I get another bloom! Wish I'd kept the tag, or at least had a photo still. It was a single, enormous bloom with some white, yellow, and shades of brown, that stayed around for almost 2 months after i brought it home
