What is going on here?
well now something very strange is developing with a couple of my NOID mini phals. I posted pictures of both of them. The new leaves appear to have come up like blades, not like the two sided ordinary little leaves that usually appear. I hope the pics will show you well enough but it's very bizarre. These are orchids again in my light Garden, and one or both could be keikis from mother plants. Other than this bizarre blade like leaf they appear to be quite healthy. has anyone ever experienced this before?

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe that if you just wait a week or two, the "blades" will open up. They are just folded together. The plants look nice and healthy!

This is what they do just before they produce carnivorous leaves that eat the owner. Audrey!!!!
No, actually, I agree with fishmom.

I was too impatient, so I opened it two days ago in one of mine.

But there isn't anything to open up here guys. They're just blades that keep on growing out of the two older leaves. There's no crease or anything like that it's really quite bizarre.

Be patient. Your Phals are perfectly normal.
