Paphiopedilum yellow leaf after repotting
I have received a few paph. and I potted them in a media consists of medium bark, coconut husk, charcoal, perlite, sphagnam moss, and bottom with some broken down styrofoam for draining. I soaked the media before using. About five days later, I saw one of the lower leaves on one of the mother plants turning yellow and I checked the media, the media was very dry and I immediately added water. Now that specific leaf is totally yellow.
I would like to know if it is experiencing shock, drought, and/or disease? Any advice is welcome.

It is likely just the plant's response to being repotted, and nothing to worry about. When it becomes dry, it is safe to remove it.

And don't let it become completely dry before watering. They like plenty of water.

This is normal after repotting. Same thing happened to my phal, paph, oncidium, AND dendrobium after being repotted/moved around (in this case, I repotted my oncidium and paph, phal, and dendro got moved to a new home). Another tip is to water more than your normal orchid. They like water. Water when media is getting dry but not dry yet. Water until water runs through pot. Dipping has also worked for me.

Thanks everyone for the advice. I was just afraid giving them too much water after reporting might cause root rot. I feel more comfortable after hearing from everyone.
Also, I have another paph which has a few brown spots on it leaves... not sure if they were sun burns or disease...

My paph has brown blotches too. Could have been sunburn from the seller (In the item description he said "it likes light" hehe) but it's fine and making normal leaves and blooming now. What paph is it?
