what is this orchid...?

I have absolutely no idea what this orchid is. Does anyone know...?

Not sure, but since all the photos are inverted I am guessing it is from the southern hemisphere . . .

Does it have pseudobulbs at the base of the leaves? IF so, seeing them would help us get closer to an ID. Also, if it does have pseudobulbs, probably best if those pseudobulbs are not buried in moss (encourages bacterial rot).

If you are not sure what a pseudobulb is, you can see one at the base of the leaves of this plant (thick, fat leaf stem). This orchid is an Oncidium, or a closely related species or hybrid:

The shape of the leaves and the way the bracts come up look like some of my maxillarias. Max. tonsbergii, or triloris? They do form pseudobulbs though; maybe they don't show well yet on a young plant.
