As others have said, the plant may have an issue with water quality, or it may have had a dry spell. It could also be a bit of physical damage. Flowers can wilt and buds can blast when a plant moves to a new home. It's also possible that there's nothing wrong with the plant! However, DO follow up on the water issue.
It also could be the way your plant is potted, suffocating the roots. I'm not a big fan of those clear plastic pots stuffed with sphagnum and then shoved into a glazed ceramic outer pot. In my opinion, this sort of potting is a death spell for most orchids. It's very difficult to control the water around the roots in sphagnum, and once the plastic pot is put into the ceramic pot the roots are essentially cut off from air. Phalaenopsis roots like to breathe almost as much as we do! If you're up for repotting, please do so. I'd recommend a shallow pot and large chunk orchid bark. If you aren't up for repotting, PLEASE remove the plastic pot from the ceramic, then punch 8 or 10 holes through the plastic on the sides of the pot. This will allow a WHOLE bunch more air flow, encouraging root growth and overall plant health. Of course, it'll probably dry a bit faster than it does now, but I don't think that's going to be a problem.
