This is one of those items that is everywhere in Europe and difficult to find across the pond, sort of like Nutella in the 1980's. The patent for Nelly Isler 'Swiss Beauty', I believe, is held by someone in the Netherlands, so, very likely, they all come from there. We seem to get Nelly Isler in waves. Everyone has them for a few months and then they are gone for the next two years.

I definitely understand why you are disappointed. After five days, mine has always been fragrant. Definitely write or call the vendor and nicely ask why this might be so.

Thanks for all the replies. I spoke to the owner he says that all the nelly isler are very fragrant, and to wait a few more days , or keep temps around 70 ish, and sun hitting it. Nothing besides what I am already doing.
