Both? It is a great price here in the USA. Even singly, if they are mature. I do not know what the exchange rate would be in India.

The plant photo appears to be a healthy near blooming size plant for this type. It still may take a year or more to get flowers, this type can be reluctant to bloom. But I would consider them worth it for the price, yes.

It is up to you. I just spent 40$ US on a seedling. I am not rich either, so it was a lot of my "yearly plant budget." It was a big investment. I think it is a good idea to always buy from a reputable vendor.

A hard to find orchid can go for $100 US or more for a large plant. I know those long curly leaved paphs go for that much. Roths do too.

I feel the Dolligold may be easier to find at a lower price. You did not say if the 82 USD was for each plant of for 2. I said if it is for 2, it is a great price. 41USD per. Roth mixes seem to be a bit expensive. I have one. I think I paid about 35 USD.
