Neofinetia Lou Sneary has several beautiful, highly fragrant clones. My favorite is 'Blue Moon', even though I havn't seen it in person and can't find it anywhere.

Bulbophyllum ambrosia: honey, almost too sweet
Lycaste aromatica: cinnamon
Oncidium ornithorhynchum: complex sweetness, overall effect is brown sugar
Phalaenopsis mannii: mandarin oranges
Trichoglottis philippinensis: ripe or baked apple
Maybe a little redundant, but I'm also putting in my vote for Onc. Twinkle and Max. tenuifolia...now to figure out how to put the lime in the coconut (orchid)...
Do you have any pictures of it? Does it also smell like chocolate? 
Are the flower spikes any more compact? I was drooling over a sherry baby at a show last year, but the spikes were immense, too big for what I had room for at the time.
