Orchids with a strong scent

Encyclia radiatas smell like lemon honey
Most all encyclias have a frangrance whether it's in the morning or afternoon. Right now I have Encyclia alatas and they are fragrant in the afternoons.

Epic. Siam Jade... very strong sweet spicy scence... second bloom at my place and I have to admit I did not remember it to be that strong the first time (in October 2007)

Ctsm. (renamed something starting with a c?..can't remember it) Rebecca Northern. Tiny little flowers with a cinnamon scent. Lovely!

What about the small oncidium plants known as Twinkles?
Oohhhhhh...htye are soooo fragrant and compact. Yet even in a three inch plastic pot they can have eight flower spikes. I have some in my shop right now with eight flower spikes!

Zygopetalums have a strong, sweet perfume, especially on a warm day. Or, if you want something different, there is always Liparis reflexa, that smells like a wet dog

One of the neatest smelling orchids I have come across is this one (Carl's Orchids: Rhynchovanda Colmarie "Merlot"). It has a pretty purple color and smells like grapes!

This one (Carl's Orchids: Brassolaeliocattleya Orglades Charm x Brassolaeliocattleya Goldenzelle) is currently in bloom and has a very sweet scent.

There is also a den species tht smells like rasberries.
It looses it's leaves on the branches that will have buds.
