Default Could this be the beginning of a flower spike? (dendrobium catenatum)

Hi all!

Today when I was doing my plants I discovered a small hump which wasn't there before on my Dendrobium Catenatum.

Could this be the beginning of a flower spike forming? I can't think of any other possibility what could grow there. Or maybe it was there all the time and I just missed it?

Maybe someone with more experience can tell me? I hope the picture is clear! First picture (with the my hand on it)

I have this plant for some months now and it seems an adult to me ... Not sure though. (The plant it self is reasonably recovering from a bad treatment)

I keep it under Led 12/12 about 1000fc, 80-90% rh and I kept it fairly dry after realizing this plant needs a winter rest(some weeks ago) temp range is 10-13 °C night and 21-23°C day

This plant also has some new branches(pseudo bulbs?) forming as you can see on one of the pictures. (Second picture)

My next question is; when should I end the dry period and start to give fertilizer and more water again?

Thank you and have a nice day! I'll keep you updated!
