Leaf browning Phragmipedilum - Help Male

I have 2 phrags that until today were in very good shape and flowered regularly, I was away in NY since Sunday February 19th. Now they are browning. I grow them in orchiata bark and they sit in a tray of very low fertilized water. I hope someone can help me with my problem, I'm afraid I'm going to loose them. See attachments, thank all of you in advanced...Zoren...
