Default Brassia keiki growing over bulbs

Hello everyone!,
Today I would like to ask about some keikis that I have which grew at the beginning of this year, when I tried to separate the plant (didn't went quite well, the old section of the mother plant didn't had any active roots, and basal keikis died) once separated I placed it in a container that was too big for the new plant section and it never looked quite ok. Keikis sprouted almost all around (5 new basal ones and 2 over the pseudo bulbs). Now the mother plant is dying and Ive never had keikis over the bulbs so I dont really know how to repot them, so could anyone give some advice on how to handle?... In the pictures you can see one of the keikis is over a dying bulb and the other one has a second sprout in a bulb that is also drying itself from bottom to top, what could I do?...
Thanks in advance!

Difficult because there are no real roots. Speaking for myself, I would cut off the old bulb with the keiki, but then cut off all the dead bits of the pBulb.

I would dust the cut surface with cinnamon powder, leave for a day and then plant it up, probably loosely in moss, but potted so that it dries out reasonably quickly.

What I see is a dying plant doing its best in a last-ditch effort to carry on its genetics. Anything that is green is still viable and useful to the keikeis.

As those little guys will take years and years to mature - if they survive at all - I'd toss it and buy another.

Thank you for your contributions, Ill go with the separate and wait, already done it once with a anachelium and now the plant is doing quite well (indeed takes around 5 years, but well...) time will tell,
