Help! Miltonia with drooping leaves and yellow brown leaf.

Drying out just once can be fatal for these small Miltoniopsis seedlings. Plants in the Oncidium alliance develop pleated leaves when underwatered. It might still survive and send up more growth. I would add more moss around the plant base so the roots are completely covered. Any Oncidium alliance plant this small should stay moist to wet and not dry out.
