In my limited experience that looks a normal colour for Phal roots which have been growing in the middle of the medium (no light). On some plants they do stay green though, perhaps it depends on parentage.

It does look very dry though. That looks like a very loose medium, so overwatering shouldn't be a big concern.

Well because I live in a dry weather, I decided to change the pot and moved it to a kind of fish bowl (drilled a big hole under it), Hope this solves the dryness problem (as you might have seen, the old pot had lots of holes on it's bpdy).
