If the orchids are also growing new leaves and new roots, and not putting all of their energy into blooming, then it should be fine. The only problem I've had with constant blooms was when the orchid kept blooming but in the meantime it wasn't growing new roots or leaves, and when its old roots have withered and died the orchid has died as well.
I have a couple of orchids that have been sending out new blooming stalks year around, for several years, and are almost never without flowers, and a couple that haven't bloomed even once over the past two years. I think it depends on the individual trait of the orchid, it's "personality" if you will, some seem to be perpetual bloomers, while others will hibernate for a long time and need additional stimuli to bloom. If the orchid is healthy and strong and growing all around, and not trying to bloom when it has no new roots and leaves, "on the last breath" so to say, then it's nothing to worry about. But if it's only blooming and not growing itself, then it seems like a slow ticking bomb that eventually leads it to weaken and die.
