Oh its definitely big enough. It probably has 15+ pseudobulbs. Also, there is evidence of old spikes. Ill try to get a pic of it later.
Also sorry i didn't clarify.. i am in Northern IL.
Anyways, its just a little frustrating since the oncidium twinkle that i have started spiking back in October with the same conditions.
But i know i just need to be a little more patient. A lot of the first growths on this plant were underdeveloped and eventually put out new growths instead of flowers. Im assuming that had to do with changing conditions from moving recently and struggling to find a good spot for it early last year. I still have a couple PBulbs close to maturity. Hopefully its stored enough energy to flower.
