Also I'd like to say that your phal is not getting too much light just because the latest leaf is a brighter green. It's good it's a bright green and newer leaves are often brighter. Unless it is yellowing or burning, I wouldn't assume too much light, especially when you've had so much new growth--that is a good thing.
