This is by far my favourite orchid. It's so bizarre and the plant itself is gorgeous. It's also always doing something - it's been growing new leaves steadily since I got it in Feb. Haven't been able to get it to bloom but I've moved flats and seems like things are happening. I was told when I met someone from the nursery where I got it that it only blooms once on each leaf and so I picked off the dried sheaths where I thought I had failed to grow flowers. However it seems like something has started happening in most of the leaves. Does anyone know what I can expect with this odd (and temperamental) plant? I guess it could be keikis too, but heaven knows what I'll do with them.

Whole plant with fresh leaf growing

Dried out sheath which I picked off the other leaves

Newest leaf with something growing inside

Leaf that has flowered before where I picked off some dried material - green lump has showed up

Most progressed growth on a leaf that has flowered before - what could it be?

Often times it will grow keikis from those points. That means you can share with friends soon.
