If it is going to open completely it should be progressing soon. Sometimes weak flowers don't. It still isn't clear what the problem(s) may be. Deformities can be genetic, or random, or due to a plant that just isn't quite ready, or insect damage or from any kind of stress at a critical time. If it continues to open it may become clear, or if necessary you can gently open it by hand to get clearer pics once it is clear it won't progress on its own.
