Vini color orchids tend to refer to a wine colored flower, such as a very dark purplish-red. I'm not sure what coloratum means.

Coloratum refers to the normal (neither album nor vinicolor) form of many Paph species - a mixture of red/purple, white and green colors in most cases. Hybrids and selected forms of species tend to be somewhat more red/purple colorful than most wild forms, but still fall into coloratum.

Vinicolor (often shortened to vini) means wine colored, just as you might expect. It can refer to a wide range of intensified or more extensive red/purple color compared to the coloratum forms - to almost black maroon.

Both of these are primarily horticultural terms, not normally part of formal botanical classification.
