this small hole was my only concern before purchase.



Is there something I can do? Should I worry?

Can't see the pic, but I think I see what you mean on the first pic.
As long as a hole has a dry surround, and isn't getting bigger I wouldn't worry. A wet surround is something more serious.

Now I can see the hole, I wouldn't worry.
