Plant turns yellow?
Default Plant turns yellow?

Hello everyone!

A few weeks ago I bought a nice Dendrobium SA-NOOK polar ice I think, it's flowering nice and a new spike is also developing nicely, so far everything is good.

Today I noticed that one of the small baby plants who are growing at the feet is turning from green to yellow...? I have added some pictures but its not very clear.

What should I change? is the plant getting to much water? I watered the plant once a week and spray it twice a day. So far the potting medium always seems to be a little moist and never get really dry. Maybe I should wait a little longer before I water the plant?

So far only one small baby is getting completely yellow and also one leave of another small one...

I hope I can fix it!
