You'll have to keep the repotted plant moist, but not wet, by keeping the whole setup in a relatively high humidity. Sounds complicated but it's simpler than it sounds. Folks around here call this sphag-and-bag.

Yay! Roots! They need to be 2-3 inches long and it would be good to have 3-4 more. That's a big plant. The more roots the better. Good save!
