![]() When you move a plant into a different potting medium - more so when going to an entirely different cultural technique - it's roots will not be optimal forth at new environment, so will need to be replaced by new ones. The fact that it's doing just that is a great sign!
Be patient. A "fast-growing" orchids is still generally slower than a terrestrial plant. |
