Default New growth or...?

I have a Stanhopea wardii that has several small pseudobulbs and two new growths. I noticed that there are two more growths of something growing on each of the immature pseudobulbs. They are very far from being mature so I was wondering if Stanhopeas grew new growths from still immature pseudobulbs? The growths are tiny and no way of telling if it's leaved yet.

p.s.
These growths are bright green and look like they have tiny nodes (no way they are roots)

Bump

I don't know enough about Stanhopea to answer cogently, but orchids in general make roots, vegetative growths and flowers.

Sorry, I'm unable to post a picture, although I read online that these flower from mature pseudobulbs. I suppose it must be new growths then.
