I'm new to orchids, and one of my larger orchids has this on one of the lower nodes and I'm wondering if it is a keiki?

Edited to add it's a phal

Hi,
I think it's too soon to tell for sure, I would think your flower stalk is branching off most probably.

Yes, too early to tell if will develop into a keiki or a branch spike.
