Its my first post and I just had one question with caring for my new phal do i need to deadhead my plant when the blooms begin to die

As a starter -

There is a ton of info on Phals in the Phalaenospsis Forum

Personally, I let my phal flowers wilt off on their own.. no need to deadhead them
I am sure you will get members adding their comments
Did your phal come with a tag with a name on it?
I'd love to know which one you have .. or is it a NOID? (no Id) ?
