What spicy orchid fragrance is your favorite? I've never smelled it, but Lycaste aromatica is supposed to smell like cinnamon.

my vote goes to Platanthera dilatata. A North American native terrestrial. It is found in Alaska, Canada, the western mountain states and most of the northern tier states. It is very common in Alaska. It has a delicious cinnamon - clove fragrance.

The predominant note in my Encylcia cordigera var Rosea is Rose, but there is also a strong scent of cloves.

Brassavola grandiflora - I can't describe it other than "spicy floral";
Meiracyllium trinasutum (miniature relative of Cattleya) - very nice cinnamon fragrance

If you can find it, Oncidium schroederianum/Miltonia schroederiana is nice and spicey. Miltonia spectabilis is nice, as well.

It's not an orchid, but Tillandsia cyanea, a bromeliad, has a very strong clove fragrance, and grows in similar conditions as orchids.

This may be obvious, but I can't get over Brassavola nodosa (mine is 'Remar' x 'Mas Major'). It's musky and clovey.
