My situation:

Currently a got phal, and im really worried about her. I bought her from a really crappy place, where all of the orchids where sick or almost dead. Maybe it was not a great idea buying an orchid like that, but i didnt really realiced how bad was the situation in there until i came home and start informing my self about the proper care for orchids.
I'm even more worried now, because i believe i might have done already some mistakes with here. Thats why i really need your help.

What i have done:

1st day: I repotted her as soon as we arrived, and i took of the dead roots, but also a lot of alive roots that had some kind of damage (like a little bit broken or something).
But she still have around 6-7 long and/or short roots.

2nd day: I gave her some fertilizer.

3th day: I scraped up some black stuff that she had in her base, because it was kinda rotten and i though that might not be healthy, and after that i put a tiny bit of cinnamon in the area.

4th day: I cleaned her leaves with a mix of lemon and water, because she had some whitish drop marks in them.

Notes:
-After i cutted her roots, all this time, i have been trying to mosture her leaves with a cotton a couple of times each day, so that the roots left doesnt struggle that much in keeping them humid.
-The flowers havent dropped yet, but some yellow buds that she came with have fallen.
-Another thing that worries me is a dark stuff in one of her leaves. I dont know if it is just a bruise, or something more serious.

So, i want to know, how bad is the damage i have done, and what should i do now to help her.

Only time will tell. I don't think you have damaged it but I only use kelp after I re-pot I don't fertilize for a while. I think the spots on the leaves is just like you said a bruise. Not sure about the spot near the base but try not to get water on it if it is cold. Water when the mix is mostly dry.

There is a sticky about Phal abuse ends here. It's long and you don't have to read it all but it will give you a good idea how to take care of them.

And welcome to the board.

I see fairly nice looking roots and leaves.
There are a good number of active/attractive blooms.

I say the Phal is fairly healthy..but with some controllable issues.

First, find a good quality insect spray.
Let's get rid of any present pests or avoid any future issues.

Second, be careful with fertilizers. I use at 1/2 strength of what the instruction say and about 1.5 times the recommended reapplication times (i.e.: if it says every 2 weeks I feed every 3 weeks.) More on this once any problems with the plant are corrected.

Third---stop "scrapping" any part of the plant! Any injury could allow additional problems/pests to cause problems.

Fouth--the white "drop" marks are probably from heavy use of chemicals in the water or fertilizer from previous feedings. I find this not to be an issue, if sometimes unpleasant to look at. It will go away, if this is what it is.

Since it's recently been re-potted, I'd avoid any direct or heavy sunlight right now.
Over a short period of time it can be moved to an area where it will receive more light.
But do NOT place it somewhere dark. It's in bloom and will like to get some light.

Others will drop by shortly and give you more, or better, advise.
For now just enjoy the lovely blooms and sit on your hands (means don't do anything else until more experienced help replies).

I think your phal is pretty healthy, if you did cut the roots, i recommend let it dry up first before watering it. Also, with phals, wait till the root turns white/silvery color before you give it another drink. Anyways, i think the leave is either mechanical damage or sun burn, if it doesnt spread, dont have to worry about it. Remember, less is more, that means, water only when it's completely dry, fertilize at 1/4 or 1/2 of the recommended strength. Good luck

Hi campchi thnx 4 your answer, unfortunately, i didnt knew at the moment that i shouldnt water it yet :c and as the new media was extremely dry i watered it. At the moment when i repotted it, i knew that there was a high probability of buds or flower blast. At the moment, there are no flowers afected, but the orchid do have lost a lot of buds.

Your plant does look quite healthy. The flowers are really beautiful! Good choice!

Here is a good thread to read about how to grow Phalaenopsis, this kind of plant:

The Phal abuse ends here.
