Is my psychopsis orchid dying :(( ?

Hi, I only put it in the glass for decoration. The orchid itself sits in a plastic pot with many holes at the bottom. After I watered it, and all the water drained out, I would put the orchid pot it in that glass to look nice. The orchid doesn't sit in water at all. Plus I only have it for 3 days. The shrivelled and wrinkled pseudobulbs worry me .
