Is this a basal keiki?
Have a new phal. bastianii and noticed this odd leaf-like protrusion. I understand they grow keikis pretty readily.

I would agree that it appears to be a keiki along with four spikes on a healthy looking plant. Congratulations!

Wow, that phal is eager to show off with all those spikes! That little leaf growth is a cutie. I don't know enough to tell if it is a keiki. Want to see it when it blooms, it's going to be sweet.
